    Amalie X-Treme 4T SG Motorcycle Oil 10W-40

Hi, has anyone tried Amalie X-Treme 4T SG Motorcycle Oil 10W-40 for their supercharged engines? Its both SG and JASO MA rated. Specs are very similar to Amsoil and at only $40 a case of 12. They have been in business since 1903.

Just noticed that the service manual states to use API SM, SL or SJ. Would using oil with API SG be a problem even though its JASO MA?

Another option, shell rotella t4 triple protection. Is jaso ma accredited and 12 bucks a gallon at wally world. I have had good luck so far with it.

Yeah, I've used the 15w40. Just let the ski warm up and the oil pressure thin out before going into boost.

just about every brand has a good motorcycle oil
and as long as it meets the standards you should be fine
$40 a case is less than half the price of Amsoil

You'd be surprised how many different oils come from the same supplier.
