    Winter storage ?

So Im a bit crazy about have my exhaust valves exposed to the moisture in the water box , I have decided to remove the j-pipe and put a cap on the manifold to keep moisture off the valves , I also remove the TB and cap the intake . Is this over kill ? And I do fog the motor 1st. Fill tank with and add stabilizer and change oil and remove intercooler.

I run antifreeze , fuel enzyme treatment , fuel stabilizer, fog , oil and filter change , suck (wetvac) the intercooler , check for codes , reset service reminder , top off fuel , check every clamp , bolt, verify no water in the pump.

Best winterize method, and one I use, is to take the thing apart and work on it during the dark cold days of winter

Anything wrong with adding STA-BIL 360 Marine with every fill up so your assured its in the fuel line, rails as well during storage? Stabilizer doesn't affect performance?

Lmfao true.. I winterize it then everything ends up coming out about mid January anyway.. then slammed back together shortly after the tax return comes in.. hehe I do always fog the cylinders tho.
Either way we are all nuts about it, I know of several people that don't even winterize the ski at all and they are all still running fine. All of which are older model rxp's and rxt's.

I remove the injector rail and fog as I crank over motor ..
(With diconnected coils and injectors) ....coats the intake and exhaust valves real good!
