Wow that's cool! Let me know when you plan to come through and we'll try to meet up! I like showing new people around. I haven't ridden up near windsor yet but I definitely know the northern part of the lake!

A ride is easy to plan. The camping on different islands is the hard part. All the island's are either native land or, in the St. Clair river, are on the American side. I haven't ridden near windsor but I know the northern part of lake st clair very well (which is all native land) awesome waters to ride. We Could also ride up st.clair river around the islands to lake Huron. Those islands are all private property.

The islands in Georgia bay are crown land and it's first come first serve. Talked to a few guys and there lots of island with beachy area to beach your ski and camp out on.

That sounds awesome. I've never been up in Georgian Bay. There is no crown land around lake st clair on the Canadian side that I know of.

Wanted to resurrect this thread and say that St. Clair is one of the best lakes in North America, and that the Polaris group is a fantastic bunch of riders. Hospitable, friendly and knowledgeable. (They even let me tag along on my Sea-Doo!)

I had the pleasure of running into this group a couple years ago, not knowing it was an organized event, and I couldn't have been happier to have spent time with them.

If you are thinking about a trip and a rally, do it. These guys are the best, and I can't say enough good things about them.

We can let let you know when we are out there. Maybe we can get a group together out on the water. We will be back this year. The Polaris group doesn't have quite as many Polaris any more. There will be 4 GP 1800s and a VXR this year

Ooh! I'll finally get to see a new GP on the water. Didn't see a single one last year, even tho they were selling like hotcakes around here.
