    260 rxpx stage 1 speeds?

    I have a 2013 rxpx with

    Air Intake mod
    Vtech 8375
    15/19
    4in intake
    Fizzle intercooler
    Jims plate

    I know I'm on the rev because I've seen 8400 then I can feel the ski back off... but with the speeds below that was me holding the rpm at 8280-8300..are those the correct speeds for the mods I have or Is there anything I can do to get alittle more speed

    69.0 full tank of gas
    71.8 1/3 of a tank
    Speeds seem slow for mods

    Seems a little low for turning 8300 RPM.

    You should be running a solid 73MPH and all dialed in on a nice day 75MPH.

    I think you need some prop work done to dial in.

    Remember that private message you sent me....one of my things was check SC slip. Your RPM's are a tiny bit higher then what I usually see with just the mods you have now. It's also possible your prop isn't "15/19" because those RPM's are closer to what you see with a 14/19 (but you should still be faster).

    Yes an L13 will help (RPM and speed) but before you throw more mods on, make sure you don't have other issues. I've seen it too many times where people try to solve problems by just adding more mods.

    Supercharger checked out okay
    I purchased the impeller new (15/19) so Is it possible the pitch could be off out of the box

    Plate is pretty flush with hull intake grate sits alittle low about as thick as a penny

    Trim position is very critical with this hull. My best speeds always have come with the trim all the way up, and my short fat ass, as far back on the ski as I can get.

    I having a similar issue. But I'm turning around 8100 at 71.

    You'll have to get off the rev limiter to see what it's really running. The ECU is cutting power every time you get near the limit.

    And Barron, if you depitch the impeller to get 8300 RPM you will gain about 2 MPH.
