Polaris MSX 150 con rod bolts torque specs

I'm re-assembling the engine, but I'm having a problem understanding the con rod bolts torque specs in the manual. It says to tighten in 3 stages, starting with 10 nm, then 20 nm, but the third step is 90 followed by a small "0" symbol that would normally denote degrees. Surely it doesn't jump from 20 to 90, or does it?
    Your help is appreciated.

I believe this means that the final step IS a 90 degree rotation, not a torque. They make cool angle measuring devices that go on wrenches for this kind of process.

Thanks, after searching online, I have found other references to a degree turn after torquing. I have never come accross it before, but it looks as if your right.
