AFR readings on the 13 SHO

Just installed the ET Low Boost. Wow! Ski pulls insane!!!! Current Mods are in my sig.

I am currently running 10.2-10.5 at idle. And from what I can tell, The ski is in the high 12.0-12.5 at WOT and bangs the limiter at 8250 hard. Going to try the Stage 2 tune and see where the AFR's are at.

I've heard some people not needing the RRFPR with this current wheel. But what is everyone's thoughts?

Water temps are around 68-72 and Air about the same currently. Was in the 77MPH range on my current setup. 80 Should be easily achieved with some tuning.

    Any input would be helpful!

I have read a lot on this forum, But posts are somewhat outdated. Looking for some new advice.

12.5 is lean at wot, really the limit. If temps get just a bit cooler and you build more boost you're going to get into trouble. Do a quick search on google for ideal target afr on any engine with pump gas and you'll get the same results. Aim for 11.5-11.8 for peace of mind

So probably good to get a rising rate to adjust fuel pressures.

I had to use fuel pressure regulator and tweak a little on my old LB setup. I was on R3 tune with type 14 IC and was running over 84. Keep tuning

Yup it's best you get the fuel pressure regulator and feed it more fuel.

With the r&d c3 wheel I didn't need a fpr. But with the etLB wheel it put me right on the edge of needing one. I said well if I'm gonna need a fpr anyway I might as well go to the 15.5 and that's what I did

    raise up your limiter
    depitch your impeller
I think you do not need bigger injector with that wheel till 8700/8800 rpm range
check AFR and tune fuel pressure regulator to get 11.8 at wot.
lighter and stronger valve retainer will be good if you want to get to 8800 your engine.

Thanks for all the info! Now just need to get a Rising rate and adjust! Ran 77.8 Today. So 80 should be easy with some fine tuning.

When I ran that wheel I had to run static and tuned afrs with the regulator. You need a higher rev limiter.
