    2016 Timing Chain

Curious...was the timing issue fixed with the 2016 models?

Ok Thanks...I like Yamaha addressed the problem.

Look how long it took and yet never admitted a recall for all the customers that had to come out of pocket for repairs after the warranty ran out.

I would rather a Ibr issue any day and not a chain braking causing major engine damage not to mention down time parts and labor , ibr is more simple order a new one and be up in a matter of days .

Yep, or the ceramic washer train wreck, which went on for years and destroyed countless Sea-Doo engines. Timing chains were a drop in the bucket compared to that mess.
