Looking to get back into a PWC

Two years ago I sold my 2010 Yamaha FX SHO and 2010 Yamaha FZS and bought a boat. I still have the boat, but I miss my waverunners! My current thoughts are keeping the boat and buying one PWC. Take the boat out, use it as a home base, swim, take out the waverunner etc. Or, I might keep the waverunner docked near home while the boat is 40 minute away at a dry stack marina. I'm posting on here to get opinions on what to buy. I definitely want used and I'm pretty sure I want to stick with supercharged, we loved the speed of our old wave runners. I might be interested in a FX HO but I'd have to test drive one first. So since I've been away from this hobby, has much changed? Is Yamaha still the best pick for reliability? My 2010s never gave me a single problem during 4 years of ownership. I really like the Yamaha SVHO. Any problems with these newer motors or new RiDE system? Do the later model SeaDoos still need the superchargers rebuilt? Thanks for any insight. Now to the fun part, shopping!

I would stick with Yamaha. No matter which brand you get, if you buy used get one with the extended factory warranty and you'll be okay.
