Not reusable. The bolts are torque to yield which means they stretch. Give yourself the peace of mind and order new hardware. It's possible to get away with it depending on how much its been torqued previously but the risk is too great(I've done it.). You already went through a great deal of labor to get it out and you probably wouldn't want to do it again. The cost in parts vs time in labor is not worth it to do again.

For what it's worth, I'm speaking on my experience with the mr-1 from the fx ho. Judging on the way manufacturers maintain the same engine building techniques, it's safe to say this is the same way too. A quick look at the sho fsm will tell you if it is indeed the same.

I haven't worked on a ski engine but have done numerous car/truck engines. The torque to yield bolts, as advised, are one time use. Get new ones and save yourself hours of work later.

Same story, fsm advises not to reuse. They're torque to yield except if these go bad you'll be shooting a piston through your block. 5 dollars per piston can ruin the whole thing

This is the best way to go. Much stronger than stock and are reusable indefinitely.
