Who's Already Waiting for the 18's to get here?

So 17 didn't bring many changes in the watercraft segment I enjoy.
Fast, comfy, ergo friendly river boats with ridiculous consumerables.
Yami-very little change but added the gp1800, great but not for me.
Kawi 310 and SD300 virtually zero changes from 16-17.
I bought another watercraft for finishing 16 and into 17.
Im hoping for something new in 18.
    cmon Kawi, Yami and SD

I'm like you in that I live to ride in the ocean and my '14 RXT-260 is going to get traded on a '17 RXT-260. For '18 I hope they DON'T drop the 260 HP engine. It has plenty of power and the fuel consumption is more reasonable than the 300 HP engine. As far as features and hull design I can't see how Sea-Doo can improve the S3 hull. The company could always improve the build quality but that will never happen.

I'd like to see a decent factory turbo, and they get away from superchargers.

    ...and a SPARK e-tec in a 'new' 3D

I think the '17 SPARK TRIX is pretty bad-ass. Anyone interested in a tuned '15?

The 300 is certainly thirsty, wish they would have increased fuel capacity.
I like the build quality of the RXT, what would you improve?
In a year I've found no rattles or vibrations. Nothing has peeled, jammed or not operated. The bars are solid, don't creek rattle or groan. The double latches on the hood have kept it rattle free and even the strut for the hinged seat still operates although I'd love to see a handle to pull the seat down evenly.
Engine and drivetrain have been flawless with the exception of an early engine vibration fixed in a bulletin.

My Yami has been the same other than that God aweful rattling hood and buzzing through the bars. Hull sounds flimsy at the boarding area but of course has been no issue, I just prefer a more "solid" feel.

My Kawis the same, not one running issue but I absolutely see a needed improvement in the slop of the tilt mechanism. Rattly hood complaint as well. It certainly needs more features to satisfy my needs.

At this point I'm pretty satisfied with ALL the engines and power trains.
I think for me in 18 it still comes to ergos, features and appearance which are all subjective.

I would of course love to see prices come down but that's pretty hard to accomplish when you keep adding technology but damn, you can buy a lot of car with the money spent on a ski.

Not sure why but they changed the tank to 15.9 in the GTX 300...
Perhaps a fuel tank upgrade is possible?

I've never checked what or why the difference but even a half gallon would have been better
