    Shorelandr in saltwater?

    Hey all,

found a nice little trailer to replace my old galvanized one. Only issue is that it's coated and I'll be using it in the ocean. Anyone have issues with this? I've read that coated trailers shouldn't be used in salt, just curious how long it'll last.

If its painted, then absolutely not. I have a painted shorelandr that is rusted from front to back and I've only used it in saltwater for a year.

That's what I figured, dangit oh well. Just looked on the shorelandr site and they recommended against painted trailers for salt.
