If you've never done it you should really get the service manual, it will walk you through it.

you will need a motor alignment tool
also moving the "hat" to remove the "C" clip will need a tool
most use a DIY tool but you can buy them
IMO buy all new drive shaft parts with a new motor install
service manuals are available in PDF

Definatley get a manual and read through it. I've done it like 5 times and I still reference the manaul for torque settings and if I forgot where something went. Take a lot of pictures. Don't loosen the motor mount bolts that hold the mounts to the hull else your alignment will be jacked. i would practice using the alignment tool before you pull the motor so you know where it's at so when you check it afterwards you feel good about it. Alignment is the critical issue with these skis. Make sure your mounts aren't sagging. Being that your ski is old I would replace any o rings you come across and probably replace the carbon seal/bellow band etc while your in there. Do some preventive stuff so you don't have to worry about it for a while. Everything pretty much has a spec, check things as you go per the manual.
