Between the two, which would produce more power....

Assuming a box stock rxpx 300, which mod would produce more power or be a better choice?
Assume I would spend $2900 on either choice of a performance cam or head work.

Regardless of choice, part of the $2900 would go to upgrading retainers and springs, cam sprocket and chain, new impeller and wear ring - nothing else.

    All of the above...

    Cam regrind: $450
    Head porting: $550
    Springs & retainers: $350
    Impeller: $300
    Wear Ring: $160
ECU Reflash (or else it's all a waste): $600

$2410 + various shipping charges & head studs, gaskets, bolts etc.

Cam sprocket and timing chain don't need to be changed.
