Long beep and displays check engine 2004 gtx

I HAVE A 2004 GTX SUPER CHARGED. I REPLACED THE CABON RING. NOW IT WILL NOT START. ENGINE CRANKS BUT DOES NOT FIRE. I PULLED THE INJECTOR RAIL AND I HAVE FUEL PULSE. I HAVE SPARK. WHEN I PUT THE KEY ON I GET A LONG BEEP AND THEN TWO BEEPS. THE DISPLAY SAYS CHECK ENGINE.

    gARY

Most of the time the "check engine" shouldn't cause it to not start. But look around for an unplugged sensor. Maybe near the cam angle sensor since this is the area you were working around. Exhaust manifold temp sensor or TPS is a possibility.

Press reset 5 times and you'll get a "p code" do that and report back.

I pushed SET 5 times and it said end. I pushed mode once to exit. No codes Now it started. Could I have reset something on the computer?
