Just plain old vinegar in a squish squish bottle pure or you can water it down a bit . It really works good .

I use distilled water and vinegar, spray it on as I'm wiping it down after a ride. The key is to not let the water dry on it, but you will still have to wax every few weeks. For spots that are stuck on use a light buffing compound or polish

For reals - WD40, like the man said.
Somebody in hard water area should try Pledge or Fluid Film. If FF works, great - we can simply dip our skis in it (inside and out)!

Like it's been said 1:3 vinegar water mix will instantly remove water spots from black skis. Cheap and easy.
