    Temp sensor alternative

Had to replace my head gasket today and broke my temp sensor on the head ( it was half dead already) called all the dealers around me and no luck , so I did some Google digging and learned that 1997-2001 cadillac catera uses the same sensor and the 1st auto parts store had one in Stock , weekend saved!

Stock , I was lucky to find that . Aren't the cooling holes different on the 300? It look like a much better gasket.

The 300 looks like a much better sealing gasket. I'm not sure if the holes that are not in the 300 gasket are needed ?? I guess they can b added.
