Does a 2000 1200 pro use old style drive coupler?

I have one with a stripped coupler and it's the old style smaller metal coupler is that factory? So far I've been unable to get it off with a rope down the pro cylinder and a huge pipe extension on a pipe wrench. I even tried as much heat as I could without ruining crank seal. It won't budge. Anyone ever cut one off? Anyone have a coupler and shaft for sale?

Yes, I had to cut one off too. Had tons of leverage and couldn't get it to go. We had to cut partway through it then use a chisel/wedge to split the coupler.

I have a good rubber bonded coupler, have a driveshaft and might be out near Albany this weekend if you were interested. Does the PRO 1200 use the short driveshaft with the spacer/wear-ring behind the stator or does it have the long driveshaft with wear-ring over the impeller? I have a long-driveshaft shaft.

Scratch that then, I doubt the shaft I have is right for it then. It's out of an 01 Virage TX 1200.
