I am having same issue ... ski will not go past 7400-7500 rpm, dont know if its anything in dash settings ( 2019 dash ) swapped ecu...and injectors / coils / all from known working ski, fuel pressure is steady.. seeing 12 lbs boost @ 7500 rpm... dont really feel like its S/C slip... anyone have any ideas.... also no exhaust leaks, replaced spark plugs ... would retarding cam cause this?

Split corner of your intake manifold, you may have a tiny crack in the seam that only splits above a certain presure in your case 12lbs

will check it, even with it on trailer and on water hose....still acts like it hits limiter 7400-7500, it should free rev to where limiter is , but will check intake too
