    I'm more shocked the seat is not tuck and rolled...
    Just take it to the dealer. They'll replace it under warranty

    fine sea doo quality control just like all the loose hose clamp issues....

    If they won't fix your seat you can take it to a marine upholstery shop. I have one I can recommend if anyone needs (see link below). Would cost about $75 to have the marine upholstery shop fix that.

    Remember the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Deal with BRP direct. At the time when I bought my 15 PX I opted for the 5 year warranty. What I received in the mail was 3 year. I called the dealer and explained what I received. A few weeks went by and hadn't heard back. I contacted BRP. Within a week I had my 5 year warranty. Sometimes the dealership won't push hard enough.
