I prefer the PX for 2 main reasons:

1- it turns / handles better.

2- it cuts the rough better.

Without any real seat time yet i can only comment on the accessories, looks and such. i like the "look" the P better. I going to like the utility of the T (I had the Pylon installed). I like the gas refill on the T better. i like the sewn in storage bag on the P cover (The T didn't get this!! WTF!!).

Yep exactly ....same thing I noticed on my 2015's I bought one of each also as 12time talks about. I feel 100% exactly the same on all of those except no Pylon was on mine, but did Depth Finders which was nice. Just be VERY VERY careful 12time on the covers you don't let the nose get scratched by the plastic adjusters that slide over the nose if you are not careful when install/removing it.

I will say the hinged seat is nice "IF" you want to check something out while out in the water. The rotating dash is you need to stand is very nice, filling gas is MUCH easier to NOT spill in the TX also. The TX is actually faster as more of the hull sits out of the water and it feels faster since you are higher up in the saddle. It's MUCH easier to work on the TX IMO also as there is a TON more room inside.

The hinged seat is both good and bad depending...
For example; We had a TX 260 that was getting water in it and wanted to observe inside the engine bay while riding it... doing that with the seat open was not easy or good.

Taking the hinged seat off when You need to is a pain in the butt...

It is nice for checking Your oil level when out on the water though.
