    RXT vs RXP 300

    Hello,

I am considering a new RXP or RXT 300. I was wondering what the main differences between the two skis are? I thought you guys may be a good resource. I am coming from a 2015 VXR and want more speed and maneuverability.

    I appreciate your input!

Speed will be almost identical between the two. Maneuverability you say, then you want the RXPX 300. Especially if you won't ride 2 up often.

The biggest thing we need to know is your ridding company? Do you ride by yourself? Or mainly with someone? If you will always have a passenger than get the RXT for sure. The P is not the best with two up. Period. Yes it is considered a two seater, but until you ride one and maybe own one then you will not understand what I am saying. To me they are a one person ski.

The RXT with the newer sponsons is very maneuverable. It is a fun as heck ski and can carve with the best of them. So people that say they are not, just don't have one. The RXT is better for pulling a tube for the kids, wakeboard or even a skier.
Now the RXP is built for one thing its hull is made to go around a bouy and carve like no other so it does this best. But its one down side to me is it will list to one side when you are driving slow. So anything bellow 35mph it will want to lean. Not a big deal as most don't ride this slow.
I love to jump on my PX and go tear it up, but I find myself ridding the RXT more for the plain comfort and ride. To me it is a more rounded ski!

That's the first time I heard that. Is it a really wet ride? I loved that I didn't get wet on the rxtx unless I wanted to.

Thanks for the comments guys. I will primarily be riding the ski by myself. I will occasionally ride 2 person but very rare. My largest complaint about the VXR (Aside from only doing 65) is it feels like a boat. I am coming from 1996 seadoo XPs and Honda R-12x machines. How bad is the listing issue? I can only assume the ride of the RXP will be superior to the older seadoos and the Aquatrax?
