2009 gti carbon seal stuffed! Driveshaft replacement?

Hey guys after a week of purchasing my 2009 seadoo gti 130 I have fast learned I have a slowly sinking rig.. Water is coming in around the carbon seal apparently a common problem. So I pull it all apart and ring my local dealer for a replacement but they do not make these anymore instead I need to purchase a whole new drive shaft kit for $960! Really! But apon ringing a Sydney store they have a seal in stock and floating ring and can sell that for $320 but they recommend also changing out the shaft.. What should I do and where else in Aus should I buy my parts.. I will also need to centre my block too as by the picture carbon seal has worn oval like..
    thanks for any help

ps I am located in Wollongong nsw Australia

Check your engine mounts as well, that is very worn. If you don't want to pay the price for a new shaft, find a good used one (not another 09 with the weird screw on bit), and just fit a new carbon seal, c clip, stainless ring and bellows.

So my thumb is on the bottom so looks like the engine needs to go anticlockwise and down a little...

My 155 Se has a rubber coated shaft which has fallen to bits causing the same sort of issue,You have here, I'll guess yours has a large nut at the pto ?

Pretty sure your pto bearing will need to be upgraded its larger then the new shaft.
