This is America, 2016, so everyone can have everything both ways. It's in the constitution.

By buying a simple little valve, and placing it in the spray line, a yamaha owner can have it both ways. When the little kiddies are riding, you can turn the spray on for maximum visibility. You don't want someone running over the little buggers. When you're going full-bore WOT, you can turn the spray off to give you that .003 mph advantage.

Suitable valves are sold at most hardware stores, cost less than $10 and install with a couple of hose clamps in less than five minutes. You can turn the valve open and shut without getting off of the machine.

In all seriousness...is there enough pressure coming off it to be used as a dedicated cooling line to the stock IC?
What about pulling out the through hull fitting for the speedo paddle and inserting a barb so you don't have to drill a new hole in the transom plate for the line?

I've always toyed with the idea of making a water gun for the rear rider. Would make good fun for 2 skies.
Probably asking for trouble though... Still...........................

I put a 1/4 valve in the line.
That way when I'm towing people I can turn it off. And when I'm out by myself, I can turn it on and people can see me.
