My factory pipe won't say on! Kawasaki 750sx

I bought a 750sx got a good deal on it the guy said one of the female threads on the manifold needs to be re tapped, so I got all 3 just to be safe. But the bolts won't stay tight and keep backing out after about 5 minutes of ridding. I've tryed everything I can think of, blue, red lock tight and still no luck. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Install the Factory Pipe headpipe and chamber assembly onto the exhaust manifold using theheadpipe gasket, three 10 x 1.25 x 50mm bolts and 10mm lock washers (items #6,7, UseLoctite 242 and torque to 32 ft.-lb.

Make sure the threads on the manifold and the bolts are super clean.

You said he told you it needed to be re tapped. Did you tap it the next size larger or did you Heli-coil it? If you put in a Heli-coil, you have to use red lock tite on the Heli-coil, then I would use blue on the bolt AFTER the red has set up and dried.

If you haven't done either, then the threads are stripped out and need to be fixed.

All three treads have been drilled and re tapped to 7/16 20

Maybe you need some real sharp, quality lock washers.
