    FZR--What other gauges?

Already have a PET 2100 tach and will be purchasing this gauge pod: http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=1765 What brand of boost and AFR gauges are popular and easy to read these days? I'm not necessarily looking for cheapest, I want to do it right. Are the AEM gauges like below the best ones to get? Final set-up will look something like below, I'm wanting to tap for these gauges at the same time I do the ribbon delete.

I'm a big fan of the MTX-L AFR gauge. Really easy to hookup and easy to read. Just tap into the 12v switched line in the front of the ski, connect to ground, and you're done.

Also wanted to throw these into the discussion because you can pay $10 extra and get them "PWC waterproofed."

Are sure the AFR gauge is that simple? Everybody keeps telling me I need the part below to run an AFR gauge:

I should have clarified, they're simple to hook up, but you will also need that adapter you listed. Yamaha changed the design in 2012, so thats the part you would need. The 2008-2011 models just need the bung which is like 30$ from what I remember.

I installed Innovate MTX-L yesterday. Pretty simple to do. Adapter for 08-11 is $30.
tap into switched 12V from gauge cluster wiring. Follow calibration instruction and away you go!

Have had several, including Jim's Performance, tell me they like AEM gauges. The gauge below says it has "Peak Boost Memory." Wouldn't that be very helpful during tuning, kind of like how many of you have tachs with a peak RPM read-out? Anybody have experience with the gauge below?
