    Gpr-Sho vs Ultra 310x

I had some fun today with a couple of 310x's.

They really thought those things were fast. I shouldn't pick on people but there is no one left to race, kinda dead here!

They were nice folks didnt seem to care, they were just having fun.

Take that GPR hull out in the chop and race one,if he rides hard you ain't got a chance..
You were probably racing a few guys on a Carnival Cruise..

Yep, the Ultra is good in the chop. Unfortunately I couldn't find any waves big enough to equal us out....

You tab a gpr down and you'd be surprised how it takes the chop

Can you imagine if someone took the svho engine(with its power potential) combined with a lighter 3 seater that would hook up in the chop well and turn....that would be the ultimate conversion.......could win some closed course events as well along the way...

Oh yea, I forgot Yamaha did that already.....FZR/S!

GPR is shit in the chop and unless you ride like Warner or Pastorello then you might might beat a seasoned rider on an Ultra..

The hull and a Hull design is too light and doesn't have the deep V to cut thru 2-3 ft waves ,lowering rideplate angle or throwing on a shredmaster plate ,lowering trim tabs aren't gonna help ya enough..

last thing you you want to do is a Carbon fiber hull to make the ski lighter ..

Yes most GPR's do not like rough water but go for a ride on Joe's carbon fiber bullet racing gpr hull with a SHO motor and a 14 pound wheel on it and that ski will change your mind about the rough water. It runs through it like nobody's business.

yes you are right... that is why these boats were built for surf racing and everyone of the top riders had to have a bullet racing carbon fiber ski as they were just crappy in rough water... jetdave you keep drinking that Kool aid
