Hey all,
Looking for a little resolution:
Installed the Riva fuel regulator last year. Started adjusting pressure a bit to compensate for humidity and temperature prior to having a data logger. During one of those adjustments, I dropped the jam-nut into the hull, and effectively losing it forever . Ever since, fuel pressure has changed with the temperature. Cooler mornings will yield 65psi, hot ones, will yield somewhere in the lower 50's. I'll crank it and set it, and it will remain as long as outside conditions remain constant. During this process, I went to a hardware store and purchased what I thought the approximate replacement jam-nut. Tightened as far as I think it should be, it still varies.

Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated, short of buying a new fuel reg (which I am considering).

Thanks in advance!
