Where to ride between West Palm and Canaveral?

Heading north up I-95 tomorrow from West Palm on the way back to Atlanta. Where can I get in a good quick ride along I-95 or the turnpike?

We have been on Amelia island (Fernandina beach) and Jekyll Island on the Georgia side. On the ICW. Not sure how quick you are talking about though.

Several spots you can drop in at. You can get off I-95 at Sebastian Inlet and launch at the city ramp. Just a short ride to the inlet and some of the islands along the Indian River. At low tide there is a nice sandbar at the inlet. A little further north on US-1 you have a choice of two ramps in Grant along the Indian River. Further north from there is several spots in Melbourne. Much nicer area to ride without many slow zones south of Melbourne Eau Gallie plus you have all the islands you can beach at.
