The first time I replaced the spark plugs was at 10 hrs and everything was perfect but at my 50 hr maintenance 1 of the plugs came out like this any idea why ??

I would put some silicone around the boot seal, moisture getting in somehow...

    Use dielectric gel

The plugs on my FZS did the same thing even though I used dielectric grease on the boots. My theory is that it was from condensation.

Pretty common issue and really not much a surprise in a wet environment. I usually put a light coating of marine grease on the metal parts of the plugs and coils.

Or dirt between the mating surface and equal tightening of both bolts (torque wrench)

Common problem. I'm not familiar with Yamaha skis, but I use Molykote 111 around the stick coil sealing cups on my Seadoo to keep water from getting down to the plugs.
