97 1050 weak spark?
I'm getting a very weak spark when trying to start, no start. Could ign coil be problem, I get 6500 ohms on each plug wire. The coil primary is .6 ohms, suppose to be .35 ohms by manual. This is new update stator & CDI.

Most ohm meters struggle with very low ohms measurements and are often inaccurate. My guess is that the ignition coils are not the problem cause.
Recheck every wire connection. Make sure the ground wires are routed per the installation instructions.
Then start checking. Disconnect battery and verify that electrical box black terminals have zero ohms to engine case. Was the thin black wire to battery removed as part of the update kit install?
What does the Red/Purple wire from the CDI connect to?

Black wire from batt. was removed; Red/purple from CDI is now connected to Orange terminal per update instructions.

Tomorrow I'm getting a car Battery and trying it, maybe this new AGM is not strong enough. I've checked every thing several times, but error is possible.

Move the Red/Purple CDI wire back with all the other Red/Purple, for testing. See if it makes any difference.
Be careful about using a 'bigger' battery. Voltage spikes from connecting or disconnecting battery 'boosters' can sometimes fry the watercraft electronics.
11.x volts should be enough, if it is actually getting to the CDI itself.
