    Bad idea?

Before I get to far and can't reverse it

Dual water outlets for the intercooler? I figured it would flow more water and lower the pressure in the intercooler

To a point it's a good idea. Same principles as any other cooling system. If the cooling fluids pass too quickly they don't extract as much heat. When I had a 2014 FZR I swapped out the two wimpy IC discharge houses with 3/4". Seemed to help a little. All you can do is try it. If it flows too much install a restrictor in the discharge hoses.

IMO just one that dumps straight overboard is all you need

I believe if your end tanks have like 45* sides would give you more room to weld the air tanks on

The 3/4" goes to the exhaust and the 1/2" goes to the engine open loop plate

I thought about the 45* but didn't have the tools to make perfect cuts for the side pieces and thought it would be a hassle, I should have enough room to make a good pass

This arrangement seems to be working fine. 2 outlets will work fine as well.

I believe the core is a garrett 1000. I purchased it through WFO. The fittings are SRP racing fittings & were purchased at Smiley's Racing (Woodlands, Tx).

I bought a 1000, cut end tanks off an old fizzle, made larger rear (inlet side) tank and used the normal outlet diameter on front with two smaller pisser holes too. Main outlet in center, pisser in top left corner and bottom right. It works ridiculously well.
Yours looks good, keep it up.

That is a nice intercooler. What did that set you back?
