When I put the key on the dess post I get 2 beeps and then 3 beeps after until I unplug it or start it. What does the 3 beeps mean?

Is the 3 beeps normal or should it always be two beeps

the reason im asking is becasue im having a issue with the charging system on the ski. while running im sitting at 12.3v
