Steering cable broke/ how to replace

My ski wasn't turning left when I went out and on my way back in to check it out I heard a snap and lost all steering finally got back to the beach and the part where the cable attaches to the steering wheel broke off... My question is.. It looks as if I can unscrew the linkage and replace just that not the whole cable as the cable seems to be fine is that true???and does anyone know that part number??? My second question is how do I get to where that connects??? I took the top of the handle bars off and couldn't see anything so I took apart where the cable went in just so I could see what was actually broke but can't see how to replace it or where it was attached (the other end of the link that broke) any help would be great thanks[/QUOTE]

Click on the link above OE Replacement Parts Store, year and model ski, then Steering section.

Get a shop manual from www.brpmanuals.com

Thanks man I really appreciate that I already ordered the part but I wanted to ask you have you bought any of his manuals before??? I bought a pdf for a boat one time off the internet and the scans were pretty crappy and hard to read??? Just looking for a little extra fees back thanks again

Here is a screen shot from my 2011 Shop Manual pdf which is crystal clear.

Everyone who owns a ski should have a shop manual IMO.
