typical 97 gtx problems BUT......
EDIT: My concern is that i havnt been able to find anywhere is on the back end off the dual carb setup there is a small clearish orangeish fuel line looking hose with a screw screwed into obviously blocking something. does anyone have any experience on this? 97 sea doo gtx

better develop a little patience as well.
to answer the question, that is a remnant of an old primer system. A tap into the fuel line.
you can toss it in the trash when you redo the lines.
