Vtech AFR Sensor thread pitch ?

Does anyone know the drill and tap size for the Vtech AFR sensor that taps into the manifold?

All O2 sensors are 18mm X1.5mm. Drill size is 16.5mm

I used a 21/32 drill bit and no problem...I've taken my O2 sensor in/out over a dozen times.

The sensor uses a crush washer like a spark plug to seal. A new sensor comes with anti seize pre applied.

I have also seen a kit that puts a steel threaded insert into the the manifold for O2 sensors not sure who makes them. I currently need one cause my manifold is striped out

you don't want to use a coil insert
you probably will get a water leak
just have the top 1/2 inch cut/ground down
and then you should have good threads
