    So what could I have done

    between seasons changed prop and wear ring now the ski is taking on water but only when I'm running around on the water no apparent hose leaks.

    Might of damaged carbon seal when removing pump since drive shaft hangs down. Check to see if boot is tight against 'hat' too.

    Wrong prop, or came loose maybe?

    Did u put in a SRX-CD? (older ski prop)
    OR
    the SRZ prop? (newer ski prop)
