    Wear ring clearance

    Hey I have 2008 sea doo speedster 150,

    I would like to know what it the clearance on a new wear ring when installed. The distance between the wear ring and the impeller.

    Where would I find this actual setting at as far as a manual.

    cant say, but anything wider than a quarter laying on its side, thickness, is too much for my liking

    Maximum clearance is .35 mm or .014 inches. You can use a feeler gauge to measure the gap between the center of each blade and wear ring. I usually get about .30mm with a new wear ring installed.
