does it happen when you're doing some hard corners? or does it happen when you're just straight line gunning it?

it always starts right up,elapsed time in between cut are different
its frustrating, i just bought it and it didn't do it wile doing the test drive on water.
only thing i did was jumping the oil sender alert on it.
i figures i must have loosed a connector, but i tried running and shaking a a bit bulling the kill swith and other connectors, but it didnt cut the engine. sat back on it, hit water and it cuts...
its dried inside, and its not bogging so i dont think fuel car is the issue

does it have more than half tank of gas when it does that or is it at around 1 bar on the fuel gauge?

another weird thing related is sometime i put the key in (kill switch) and its stays dead (wont start)
i remove a couple of times and it works fine
I'm leaning toward the switch assembly...
what do you guys think ?

It probably is your kill switch assembly. Go open it up and check the condition of it. might need to clean the connectors inside from corrosion. I was asking about if your gas was full because mine it cuts out when I do hard turns and it's low on fuel, and i know that's because it is sucking in air on the pickup when i turn real hard.

Did it end up being a carbs rebuild? Mine did the same.

I think the crankshaft is the main component needed to change the stroke...
