When rebuilding a 4 tech, do rod bolts, head bolts, crank bolts, have to be replaced? Or can they all be reused? Thanks

I would replace them all, as well as throw arp bolts on for the flywheel if you have not already

you can only reuse the crank bolts, the rod bolts and head bolts are strech bolt and can be used only 1 time. also replace your flywheel bolts for this one http://www.4-tecperformance.com/inde...oducts_id=2603

If you're referring to the 8 bolts under the 8 plugs on the bottom of the motor that connect the upper and lower case then, Yes, you can reuse them. They are not stretch bolts.
