Speedo reading jumping around - up and down

    Hi guys!

Was on the lake yesterday with my GTI 155 Limited 2011

Both analog (needle) and digital (cluster display) speedometer went haywire - up and down - up and down - all over the map. Happened for a period of about 5mins or so. Throttle response and range seemed ok and I could still ride without issue. However, I tried cruise-control and it was all messed up.

Never seen this before. Any thoughts?

I will look for loose connections/fuses.

Question: I have heard the 2011 and newer skis with GPS speedo's will start/stop and run OK with the cluster completely disconnected, just no display or modes (ski mode, cruise-control, sport, etc.). Is this true?

Connections - battery, cluster wires, fuses, etc. All fine - not loose.

Will ride this afternoon to see if it happens again.

Anyone have any thoughts on this thread and questions above?????

Put 4 hours on ski since, no issues.
