    2014 RXP-X vs 2014 FX SVHO

Both skis are stock. The guy on the FX-SVHO weighs 250lbs vs my 200lbs.
The 14 FX-SVHO is 61lbs heavier than my PX I believe. Perhaps the overall weight had a lot to do with the outcome......

The speed is coming from the RXPX being so much better in rough waters.

Thats true but the last race was calm smooth water. I walked him the hardest in the smooth.

Good race. Enough to say your ski beats him more times than not.

Not every ski is made equal. More or less top skis from each manufacture run very close to each other with minimal outside variables(ie: rider weight difference with in reason). One variable (ie: light chop) will usually change the outcome of a race.

Oh I know! I just feel like maybe a few people over hyped the SVHO. No matter how fast his may get if he tunes it, it will never look as good as the PX!

Looks like a great riding area, very nice.

That rider on the FX clearly cant ride though... His holeshot position is all wrong and who knows where his trim is at. He has some learning to do. The FX SVHO can holeshot great and should be about 3 - 4 mph faster up top. The RXPX will top out to about 70 but will be pulled down to about 67 - 68 mph and the FZ should run 70 - 71. It has no speed limiter.
