Testing intercooler for failure
Ok i have read soooo many different versions on how to test your intercooler.......may i offer a quick test THAT WORKS AND TAKES 10 minutes
Take your seat off remove the hose that goes to your throttle body to your intercooler....point the hose away from throttle body.....start engine (best todo this while backed into launch or ride with the seat off is best) with engine running agressively give it throttle....if the hose is spitting water at wide open throttle intercooler is junk...easy and simple....hope this helps others
