RXT 260 2012 - Runs at WOT and Stalls -- PLEASE HELP!!!
After entering sport mode and going at full throttle at 7800-8000 rpm for a second or so angine stalls and dies... First of all for a few seconds it was going at 3000 rpm and then dies. It you do 3/4 of acceleration everything seems ok. But when you turn sport mode on and trim fully up it starts at 7800-8000 rpm and dies..
I've checked the supercharger slipping moment already and it is within specifications...
I can even attach BUDS pictures what is going on at these moments...
I've tried everything I could.... I have no idea what is going on... ((((
I've replaced supercharger, replaced wear ring, checked all of the hoses number of times.....

See you're a new member. Welcome on GH.
Learn how to use the "search" function on this forum. Tons of info for your ski.
All intercoolers from 2011+ are known for bad quality and leaking.
As said check your IC first.
Remove hose from IC to TB at the TB side (throttle body)
Run it at the ramp or hose, rev your engine and see if water is coming out.

Yes, you have a bad IC. My '13 had massive IC failure at only 10hrs and had the updated OEM IC installed (now aftermarket).
Is this the original IC and never been updated? BRP came out with an updated version because these early versions were very failure prone. The newer version has also been known to fail. The updated OEM version has a small pisser line that exits the hull (intended to reduce water pressure and allow to help drain water out of IC when out of water.
Either find a newer used replacement or just buy the Fizzle setup.

The bad news? There is a 50/50 chance your throttle body will prematurely fail due to this leaking IC. When BRP does an IC warranty repair, they replace both IC and TB at same time because it has been shown to cause TB failure short after.
Salt or fresh water?
