HP Estimates
What is the stock HP of an SHO?
What is the estimated HP with an ET LB wheel?
just curious

Stock 210, no clue on ETLB. HP is determined by tuning.

The Etlb and the C3 are comparable and I believe R&D rates the C3 around 320hp.

They do claim something like that, but I don't buy it.
A rule of thumb that somebody posted before was 10HP for every MPH faster you go from stock. So if you were running 67 mph stock (210HP), then did some mods and ran 70, that would put you at about 240HP. Not very scientific, but some who have used this method, and then had it dyno'd, were within a few HP of what the estimate was.
Of course, other factors come into play, such as water conditions, rideplate (which won't affect HP), hull, etc...but it's just an estimate.

So a C3 and supporting mods is worth an honest 80+, so that'd be about 12mph gain, 120hp? Seems close enough.
