2000 stx1100 di
I have a 2000 stx 1100 di that was run in a low fresh water mucky condition. This has caused a blockage after the EMM resulting in check engine light and S.L.O.W mode home. I have traced the blockage to lower elbow fitting on the stator cover. Now that that is clear there is a blockage in the hose or fitting marked in the attached
I am having a hard time getting to the hose clamp or the fitting. Does anyone have any helpful hints on clearing this blockage?

If you're trying to remove the clamp, use a shorter screwdriver, or an angled screwdriver, or a 5/16" socket or 5/16" wrench.

I just went through this crap clearing blockages from a carbed STX. I used a 1/4" ratchet with a 1/4" socket and felt my way to a loose clamp. I also had a blocked spray passage on top of the chamber not letting water into the pipe, it blew the hose just behind the chamber.

I used compressed air and seemed to have cleared the blockage. I will test the fix tonight.
