You need to post this in the Yamaha 4 stroke performance section. My FZS bounces too @ 75 mph with Jim's cut plate. I think it's inherent in the hulls design to do it, since it bounced with the stock plate also.

Your probably thinking of the ramp off river Rd. near the lower bank bridge. It's decent and cheap, you'll see the signs where to park and pay.
