Another Stock ECU, Charger 78 MPH FZR SVHO

My buddy recently picked up a 2015 FZR and decided to add a little more fun to it.
    Mods I did are:

    Custom Cold Air Intake
    Ribbon Delete
    Deans Speed Overide
    Free Flow
    R&D Ride Plate
    Stock Prop Pitched by me

Stock speed out the dealer was 68mph

After mods 77.9 in a very small lake. Will be going out soon to a larger lake and a few speed tricks with current mods to hopefully be in the 78's.

My personal ski went 78.1 last year with a few more mods. These 2015 seem to be a bit quicker with less

nice results , an r&d intake gate will be a good idea also to free up more speed.

The r&d grate will cavitate too much. We are not building a speed queen. This ski gets out the hole prettt well

This is pretty great stuff, 78 without a tune!

What did you pitch the prop to?

I knew this was a up coming question about the pitch. I've actually done a few already and they are all diffrent. These props very on actual blade angle not just the last 2" of the trailing and first 2" of the leading like everyone is used too.. but to answer your question I pitched it to a 13/20.

I do not have a tach on that ski I souly went by feel

This is great to know. I now feel that my 09 should be able to hit at least 70mph without investing too much. These are great results from such minor add ons

BTW - Why R&D rideplate rather than having Jim modify the stock plate? I personally hated the R&D plate in comparison.
