1300R New motor Check out these plugs
Ski is a 07 1300R with a fresh build. It still has the factory oil injection. I replaced all the oil lines and check valves. I am also premixing 50:1 for the break in period. Motor has about 3 hours of run time. Plugs are from left to right pto, center, flywheel. Center plug looks a bit cleaner to me. Ski runs good so far. What do you guys think?

imo 1300r plugs are real hard to read , but they look fine.

Supertech 2 cycle. I'm adding 50:1 to the gas along with oil injection, which is what my builder said to do for break in.
I just completed 4 hours on the motor so I will check compression. Ski is running good so far.
Injectors were cleaned and flowtested.
Motor went because the stupid catalytic converter element broke free and lodged itself sideways, clogging the exhaust. Ended up overheating and shooting a rod through the block.

Check compression obviously. Supertech oil is on the lower end of the spectrum.
These are high performance engines run on the ragged edge. Not uncommon for these motors to fry at 100hrs.
I would suggest you switch to a higher end oil for engine longevity...which you may have already plan to do.

Original motor actually made it to 208 hours. I thought the cat had been eliminated. The exhaust had sealant on it and it looked like there was a d plate in there. my fault for not checking. What kind of 2 stroke oil do you recommend?

The oil debates can get ugly... Simple answer, Klotz Skicraft kl-307. Has more decarb than cheaper oils, excellent film strength, and smells better than most all others.
