Buzzer issue

One of my 2005 FX HO when I unlocked it yesterday did not make the buzzer/alarm noise. Locked it nothing as well. But everything fine. Ran it all day but just keep my eyes on my light since the buzzer not working. Anything I should check on this to see if the buzzer gone bad? Also do any of you happen to have a drawing on where the buzzer would be?

The buzzer is located in front of the handle bars. U will need to remove the plastic shrouds around them to get access to it.
To test that the buzzer is at fault follow the wire back from the buzzer and it will come to a plug. Probe the plug with a test light. When you press the lock or unlock button on the key fob the test light will flash. You could also use a multimeter to test as well. Cheers Joel

buy another buzzer for 10 bucks online, disconnect the old one and reinstall the new one in an easier location. Its a pain in the ass and not worth the hassle.

Thanks Joel, I found it and it bad. Took the one out of my other ski and it works fine. So have to find a replacement. Can not seem to find any for less then 54.99 but I keep looking.
