    05 RXP motor rebuild

I am running this oil deal with a 3rd bearing for supercharger. I took PTO cover off and 3 washers fell out. 2 of them look like spring washers for the charger. Anyone know what the hell they went to? Thanks

They go on the end of the starter bendix that goes in to the PTO housing....they go like this... "Starter bendix-- ()|-- PTO housing"

Openning up boxes from online store to see what I got and what I still need. 25793/344265. What is that? These are things I bought from Jerry a few years ago and dont remember what in the hell they are. 420641080, 8 could be a B. I think thats for rocker cradle. I know I`ve done flywheel bolts and I found the new studs in a box. Anyone running that exhaust spacer still. Found that in a box upstairs. While I got it down I`m going to look at oil pumps. PTO screen had stuff in it but that could be from ceramics way back in the day or the ceramic bearings when they let go way back in the day.

What size line are you guys using now for an intercooler air purge. Still a 3/8? Whats the rean fo the alignment dot on pto oil pump gear? Yes, I`m now drinking Bud Light. And no lie ate butter beans for lunch. Thats the truth.

    Hoss,

I have no idea what the top 2 numbers are for..maybe shoot a pic and we can see from there...The other part number is the rocker bolts...

As far as the exhaust spacer, your talking about the one that bolts to the head correct???Not the one inline....IF its the one that bolts to the head I would say fuck it and run it on your ski...exhaust alignment is much easier with the older ski....

For those running the blead line yes,3/8th is plenty big...

The"Alignment" dot on the pumps is not realy an alignment dot BUT a pocket to hold oil for the pump gears against the cover...

    Enjoy that Bud light...cheers brotha...

Hey,I miss the song of the day???WHats the song of the day today??Need some rockin shit bro its Sunday..time to tear some shit up!!!!!lol

Thanks Snow! Its saturday again and I came into the shop to deal with this thing some more. I`m worried as hell about the oil relief in the PTO cover. The whole tighten to whatever in pounds just doesnt make sense. You have to seat the o-ring. Its a flanged style bolt that needs to be tightened to seat. I`ve looked at design of springs and cup/piston. Its impossible to over tighten causing piston to stick. Wear would cause it to stick but over tighten? Enlighten my dumbass as to how this is possible please.
